Croatia

Hello all!
I am in croatia, and safe and sound. I did phone mother and let her know, so hopefully she passed the message onto everyone else!
We are staying in a lovely little apartment and this place is absolutely breathtaking! I feel like I have died and gone to heaven. Its been 1 full day and already I am starting to look a closer shade to the local ethnic population in south africa, in a months time... I could resemble a dark tanned leather boot. The water is crystal clear and I have been swimming wonderfully - we are going to invest in some snorkels today. The highlight for me is also that not far away is the most amazing ice cream shop. I have vowed that I will have an ice cream at least every second day, if not everyday. I would have it twice a day.. but I am trying to control my ridiculous gluttony, which is a family characteristic of course so I am sure you can all associate.
Rick and I are very happy to be together, and it was completely weird seeing him in the train station that we met in! We were clinging to each other like little love struck limpets for at least the first 4 hours. I am am alomost certain that we were the cause of much nausea on our flight here.
I will post some photos soon so you can all see soon. I have no doubt that you will all be ridiculously jealous.
